You and Bearfoot AI agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
